"Even though they stole our customer database, they could not steal our customers.
The truth about Mike Alich's theft."

TruthinJobsiteAdvertising.com

THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!

Recently Mr. Michael Alich produced another website full of vicious lies about us. We find it necessary to publish this response. We apologize to our advertisers for its necessity.

Our 10th year! Blicksilver and Associates was formed in November 1998. During the next four months our website was created. In February 1999 the domain was purchased and in April, 1999 needtechs.com was first published online.

As of November 2007 needtechs.com started its tenth year!

In early 1998 I worked for a fledgling Automotive Employment Website. When I left their employ I did not take any client list, e-mail addresses or try to contact anyone that advertised with them. When Mr. Alich left us he took it all!

If you advertised on one of our websites prior to May, 2006 you now know how http://automotivejobsonline.com/ acquired your email and business information.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, from day one we charged our attorney to protect us from Mr. Alich’s theft. Subsequently, Mr. Alich, in four responses (two written and two to a court reporter) has admitted his theft.

The Civil Court has spoken;
As of November 5, 2007 Mr. Alich was “temporally enjoined” from soliciting or engaging in email to our customers. A permanent injunction against him should be granted in early 2008. (So far he has disregarded this temporary injunction).

Mr. Alich has now turned to Blackmail
http://needtechsisbeingblackmailed.com ) His approach to defending himself was he demanded that we drop our lawsuit or he would release false statements to our advertisers. “We will not allow him to escape justice”.

Mr. Alich continues to defy the Courts. His website http://automotivejobsonline.com/ announces “As of October 1st 2007, AutomotiveJobsOnline.com has merged with AUTOjobs.com®.

Alexa and Quantcast, etc. Mr. Alich’s Website has never placed on most of the major ranking search engines. His answer; he blames needtechs.com of manipulating his search engine ranking. A pure fabrication! He finds it easier to blame us then a true candid review of his efforts.

Needtechs.com continues to pursue litigation on three levels:

Civil… the final injunction against him should be granted in early 2008.

Criminal… The Palm Beach County Sherriff’s office has submitted a report of his actions to the State Attorney. We are awaiting his indictment.

Federal… His theft of our database constitutes Can Spam… Rules of email http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.shtm

Over the years Mr. Alich, while in our employ, supplied us with these leaders for our masthead.

Final note from Ronald Blicksilver: Needtechs.com from the very beginning has tried to be the best source for automotive technician employment.

From the number of primary and repeat advertisers, the volume of people that visit our website each month, we believe we have reached our goal!

Have any doubt? Ask any of our advertisers in your area.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
